engine ignition system, instrument system, lighting system, wiper
system, horn system, electric window system, electric door lock
system, audio system, starting system, and charging system. It

Functional Features
1. A truly operational automotive electrical system that fully

3. The joints of the circuit harness are connected by soldering and
covered with heat shrink tubing to achieve insulation. The entire
harness is wrapped with adhesive tape to meet the requirements of

5. In order to better observe the working condition of the
electronic control engine, four fuel injector indicator lights and
fuel pump indicator lights have been added to the panel of the
training platform;
To fully demonstrate the working process of the charging system,
the equipment uses a single-phase asynchronous motor to simulate
engine start-up, thereby driving the generator to generate
electricity and achieve the effect of power generation;
7. The equipment panel is made of high-grade aluminum-plastic
panels that are resistant to impact, pollution, fire, and moisture,
and the surface is treated with a special process of spraying
primer; The panel is printed with color circuit diagrams that never

8. There are detection terminals installed on the equipment panel,
which can directly detect the electrical signals of various system
circuit components of the car's electrical system, such as
resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc., on the
panel;
9. The equipment panel is equipped with a diagnostic socket that
can be connected to dedicated or universal car decoders. It can
perform self diagnostic functions such as reading fault codes,
clearing fault codes, and reading data streams for systems with
diagnostic functions on the equipment;
